Our WordPress website care & maintenance plans are just for one website. However, you are more than welcome to sign up twice if you have two websites.

We are fair and have also found that our clients are as well. We support a reasonable number of tasks per client and we will let you know if the kind of task we receive is out of our scope and recommend a better option to make things happen no matter what.

Most tasks are completed Monday to Friday. However, we monitor incoming tasks on the weekend as well so that when an urgent task arise, we can call a WP Superhero to take care of it at once.

As a standard operating procedure of any company that accepts payments, we have to check and verify your account details and payment. Once that’s done, we activate your account and you are welcome to start sending in your tasks.

We mostly complete a task within the same business day, usually within 8 hours. If you send a task over the weekend, it’ll be completed by Monday unless we deem it urgent.

Anything from content update, changing a setting on WordPress backend or minor codes to edit the site. A more complex task may require you to purchase other subscription or one-time credit. You may ask us via Live chat or email.

To make sure our customers are happy with what we do, we mainly limit our tasks to quick WordPress fixes, backend settings updates, and content editing. Mostly, these tasks will run from 15 to 30 minutes to do. If we find that the task you send is out of scope, we will kindly inform you.
